WELCOME TO THE DELANIE
The Delanie Wedding & Event Venue is nestled in the heart of Forney, Texas—an exclusive and picturesque setting founded by Delanie and Chad Riley. From sweeping views of the Dallas skyline to unforgettable sunsets atop the hill, the land itself felt like the full package from the very beginning. Yet, turning it into a wedding venue was never part of the original plan.
After purchasing the property, Chad began pursuing his longtime dream of raising livestock and producing bulls to compete in the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) association. For nearly 12 years, the land served that purpose as the family remained deeply involved in the PBR world.
Everything changed when their daughter Chelsie found the love of her life and got engaged. What began as a dream for their daughter quickly became a vision far greater—creating a wedding venue that would celebrate love, family, and unforgettable moments. In 2023, the property underwent a full transformation, and The Delanie was born—named after Delanie herself.
Chelsie’s wedding marked the official opening of the stunning all-glass venue in May of 2024. Since then, the land has continued to tell its story of love and legacy. Their second daughter, Camryn, was married on the property in January of 2025, followed by their youngest daughter, Carsyn, who rang in the New Year with her wedding on New Year’s Eve—starting 2026 in the most meaningful way possible.
OUR HISTORY
In just two short years, The Delanie has been home not only to the weddings of Chad and Delanie’s three daughters, but also to the many beautiful couples who have stepped into the Glass House and sealed their love beneath the Arch.
As a fully family-run business, The Delanie is built on love, legacy, and togetherness. Every couple who walks through our doors becomes part of our family and is welcomed as if it were home. Carsyn is the creative eye behind the design and thoughtful details found throughout The Delanie. As Director, she provides strategic leadership for venue operations while overseeing all marketing initiatives to drive visibility, bookings, and continued growth.
She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the venue, including staff leadership, client relations, vendor coordination, and operational excellence. Carsyn leads marketing strategy across digital, print, social media, and partnerships—ensuring brand consistency, strong market positioning, and a seamless guest experience.
By aligning operational execution with marketing vision, Carsyn plays a key role in strengthening The Delanie’s presence while delivering exceptional experiences for every couple. Her mission is to bring each couple’s dream wedding to life and ensure their day is as smooth, joyful, and stress-free as possible.

Camryn plays a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating vendors, leading on-site staff, and ensuring each event flows smoothly from initial booking through final breakdown.
