We love connecting and collaborating with the talented vendors who help bring each event to life. Prior to your event, we kindly ask that you review the vendor guidelines listed below and adhere to them during your time at The Delanie.
We are so excited to meet and work with you, and we look forward to creating an exceptional experience together. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at delanie@thedelanie.com.

We highly recommend that couples hire a planner or coordinator, especially for the day of the event. The Delanie will provide a staff member on-site to assist with primary venue-related functions; however, this staff member is not a wedding coordinator. In addition, The Delanie will provide a crew to move tables, chairs, linens, and furniture that are owned by the venue.
Planners and coordinators are expected to manage the event day and ensure all contract rules and timelines are followed.
The Delanie offers multiple electrical outlets throughout the venue, intentionally placed to support entertainment needs. Extension cords will be provided with these outlets and must remain on-site at the venue.
We are happy to meet with planners and coordinators in advance of the wedding to review the space, layout, and furniture placement.
At the agreed-upon end time of the event, venue lights will be turned on. All vendors will have one (1) hour to clean up and remove all items not owned by the venue. Events that exceed the contracted end time will incur a $500 fee.
